Here's a suggestion for a fun playthrough for @Kirsche , either here on Plus or on her regular streams: Princess Maker 2. It's a child-raising sim where you're a retired RPG hero that's handed a little girl by the gods and your job is to raise her as you see fit. It even has character designs courtesy of the famous Anime studio, Gainax (known for Neon Genesis Evangelion, Panty + Stocking, and many others) 🙂. Gameplay consists mostly of navigating menus where you make choices regarding how you'll raise your daughter, although it does swap to classic JRPG gameplay if you slot adventuring into her schedule.
It's got quite the range of endings (74 total!) - some have her ending up with a normal job, or as a happily married housewife...others might have her becoming a great hero, a prostitute, marrying her (adopted!!!) dad, or literally marrying and then assassinating Satan himself to become the ruler of Hell. I think it would be hilarious if Kir did a playthrough with the mindset of "I'll raise this girl exactly like my mom would"...and then get locked into that last one specifically. 😆
And no, I didn't make that ending up - here's an ancient lets play (created with just text and images because it's way too old to have been produced as a video...) I had in my bookmarks from well over a decade ago that's somehow still available: https://lparchive.org/Princess-Maker-2/
I'm of course partial to the ancient DOS version that got an English translation, but wasn't commercially released - if you load it up in DOSBox, playing it should be pretty straightforward. However, there are two remakes available on Steam: one subtitled "Refine" which is effectively the original JP release with a rough English translation and higher-res art, and the other subtitled "Regeneration" which is more recent and further improves the graphics, adds a few minor quality of life improvements to the gameplay, and provides an improved English translation. If you want a hard-copy of one of the titles, there is a physical release of Regeneration for the Switch that was released in Asia and has English language support; you can get it at import sites like play-asia.

You can get the DOS version from archive.org or various abandonware sites. Here's an archive.org link for convenience: https://archive.org/details/Various_DOS_Abandonware_Ark (click show all files and you can just grab the Princess Maker 2 zip file along with anything else that catches your eye). Extract it to a folder somewhere and then launch dosbox, mount the game folder as a drive, move to the drive, and run pm2.exe.
