Here's Kirsche's Risotto recipe before I forget. I've made it myself and can confirm that it is very tasty 🙂
Kirsche Risotto
3 TBS olive oil
4 TBS salted butter
heat in skillet until butter is melted
add garlic (i add garlic until my ancestors tell me to stop so I have no idea how much I use, but at least 4 TBS minced) & cook for 2min while stirring
add 1 1/2 cup Arborio rice and stir until coated in the butter/oil mix. Try your best to get every grain of rice coated.
add 1/2 ~ 3/4 cup white wine and stir until it is absorbed
add chicken stock 1 cup at a time until a full box of stock (32oz) is emptied.
add 1 cup -> stir -> 5min timer -> add 1 cup -> stir -> 5min timer etcetc
taste rice to test texture, add 1/4 cup of water in case some grains are not soft enough
when rice is finished it should have some liquid left over as you stir it around in the skillet
add parsley (i shake until i hear whispers in the wind)
add grated parmesean cheese (at least 1 cup, but i also shake until my ancestors shake...
This gets on my nerves a little bit. I am a massive fan of DA:O and even though the following games were different I still at least wanted to enjoy them. Inquisition lost me, it really felt removed at that point, but I wasn't all out until they shoved ideology in as story. The rest of the game was mediocre for sure, but I'd still be a fan if they kept the ideology out of it. Now, I'll never play it or the other 2 games that were part of the same trilogy story.
But I am an "anti-fan". No I was your real fan until you give me the middle finger to push your mental illness.
